Children's Sunday Rüdesheim

  • Children's Sunday Oberstr. 32 65385 Rüdesheim on the Rhine Germany (map)

Hello kids! Have you heard? June 4 is Children's Sunday in Rüdesheim
Are you brave and active or cool and relaxed? Just try it out!

Ihr Kinderlein kommet - this is also appropriate in summer, because on Children's Sunday in Rüdesheim, especially the little guests are very welcome. On June 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., it's finally that time again. Then it is called: Play and have fun, learn something new and go on exciting discovery journeys - almost everything from the Kindertraumfrabrik is possible. And all that for free. The individual stations and play areas can be found in the garden of the Brömserburg and around the castle at the tried and tested outdoor stations.

In addition to the classics such as duck fishing, painting and handicrafts, many creative hands-on stations await the kids. Whether it's making herbal salt or investigating like the pros, stamp rally, fitness check, fishing for tree trunks or mathematical experiments - if you feel like it, just join in.
Little princesses and princes can have their makeup done and travel through Rüdesheim on the Fairytale Express. The rides are provided by the Winzerexpress and are free of charge. In the rose garden tent camp feeling comes up. Here you will also find the cow "Frieda" - always ready for a photo shoot.
Or would you prefer to float above the vines in a gondola? The cable car takes children up to 15 years of age into the realm of Germania for free. Here, the Forest and Game Adventure School invites you to visit and you can try your hand at throwing a cone long way or show off your brains in the Forest Meadow Memory.
But what would a children's Sunday be without a boat trip on the Rhine? With the ships of the Bingen-Rüdesheimer, the kids sail past legendary castles - and with a little luck, they may even look over the captain's shoulder. Departures are at bridge 8 at 10:30 am, 12:10 pm, 1:50 pm and 3:30 pm. The police boat of the Rüdesheim water police is moored at bridge 13. Boarding is expressly desired!
At 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. there are free guided tours for children in Siegfried's Mechanical Music Cabinet. Brave children can climb skyward while stacking crates. The youth fire departments will once again be having a wet and merry time. Here it is "Water march! - and "Please hold the hose exactly in the direction of the target".

Back in the Burggarten, the stars rise there in broad daylight. And even the little ones know that they belong on the "Walk of Fame," just like in Hollywood. This time it will be the "Wall of Fame", because the stars have to be on the wall - or rather on the walls of the Brömserburg. At 1 p.m., the big band of the St. Ursula School will start the stage program in the castle garden. Afterwards the stage belongs to the children's dance groups of the Rüdesheimer Karnevalverein. From the height come at 15.30 o'clock the Teens of the TGV Pressberg and invite to Mitswingen.
Ingenious prices for the whole school class or the entire Kitagruppe can one with the large estimation play win. If you want to win, you have to have a good eye or just a bit of luck when guessing. Prizes include a cable car ride, a visit to the swimming pool, a boat ride on the Bingen-Rüdesheimer, free admission to the Music Cabinet, a pizza party at "Toni's", a ride on the Rüdesheimer Winzerexpress and a bobsled ride on the Loreley Plateau, as well as an eventful day at Taunus Wunderland. The awards ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. on the castle stage. At 6:00 p.m., the great children's magic is over and the parents take the tired little children home.
