Sportsman breakfast

After a restful sleep, your body now needs energy and fluids.
Eat a healthy and conscious breakfast:
Muesli, the cereal base (e.g. oatmeal) provides long-lasting energy,
milk brings proteins and vitamins,
nuts, seeds, kernels and dried or fresh fruits, provide the supply of important fats, minerals and vitamins.
Wholemeal bread, perfect for an orderly blood sugar level and a long feeling of satiety.

Spelt is the best cereal grain, it has a warming and fattening effect, it is of high quality and lighter than all other cereal grains. Who eats spelt, forms good meat. Spelt leads to a right blood, gives a relaxed mind and the gift of cheerfulness. However prepared spelt is eaten, as bread or cooked as another dish, it is easily digestible.
