Training and professional experience as a chef
Open, outgoing character
Very good knowledge of German
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Willingness and ability to work independently in a team

These are your tasks
Preparation of meals for half board and events
Cooking meals for half board and for events
Supporting the head chef and deputizing for the head chef on days off
If required, support in the morning service (refilling the breakfast buffet and preparing food for the next day)
Compliance with HACCP standards
Cleanliness in the workplace
