  • We charge €13.00 per night for parking in the hotel's parking lot. 

    Parking spacescannotbe reserved and are limited.
    They are available upon arrival, subject to availability.
    Additional public parking is available nearby at Parking Lot P2 by the city wall (about 200 meters from us).

  • Our front desk is staffed daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
    If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a key code.
    For late arrivals, we require a pre-filled registration form.

  • Pets are welcome in all room categories except the "Standard Double Room" category. We charge €11 per pet per night to cover the additional cleaning costs.

  • You can store your bicycles in our bike garage free of charge. You will receive a separate key for this at check-in.

  • We have 4 wallboxes with a charging capacity of up to 22 kWh per outlet. Wallbox parking spaces must be reserved in advance. We charge €13 per wallbox parking space per night and €0.65 per kWh charged.
    You will receive a receipt for the charging fee (charging costs) from the provider reev.

  • Yes, we have an elevator. You’ll just need to climb 5 steps from the street to the front desk. All other areas are wheelchair accessible.
