We charge €13.00 per night for parking in the hotel's parking lot.

Additional public parking is available nearby at Parking Lot P2 by the city wall (about 200 meters from us).

Check-in is available on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Our front desk is staffed daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in case you’d like to drop off your luggage beforehand.
If you’ll be arriving later, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a key code. For late arrivals, we require a pre-filled registration form.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure (this also applies to parking spaces).

After that, 80% of the room rate for the reservation will be charged.

For a non-refundable rate, 100% of the total amount is due in advance and is non-refundable. In return, the booked service is up to 10% cheaper than with a refundable rate.

Groups booking 10 or more rooms enter into a group accommodation agreement with Hotel Trapp, with separately agreed cancellation terms.

Pets are welcome in all room categories, except for the “Standard Double Room” and “Triple Room” categories. We charge 11 euros per pet per night to cover the additional cleaning costs.

You can store your bicycles in our bike garage free of charge. You will receive a separate key for this at check-in.

We have 4 wallboxes with a charging capacity of up to 22 kWh per outlet. Wallbox parking spaces must be reserved in advance. We charge €13 per wallbox parking space per night and €0.69 per kWh charged.
You will receive a receipt for the charging fee (charging costs) from the provider reev.

Yes, we have an elevator. You’ll just need to climb 5 steps from the street to the front desk. All other areas are wheelchair accessible.

All of our beds are equipped with hypoallergenic bedding.
